Whether you come to us with just an idea or a set of blueprints, we will work hand-in-hand with you right through to the finished project. We pride ourselves on using the best quality materials and workmanship while staying within your cost structure. You will find that we pay attention to the small details that are sometimes overlooked. We try to make each project reflect the individuality of the owners. We build homes that we, ourselves, would want to live in.

We are hands-on builders who literally work on each project

regularly. During a normal work day, you might find Jason or Jack in the office meeting with customers, working with a crew framing a new construction, or putting up siding on a model home.

Having operated in the same area for many years means that Penoyer Builders knows the local craftspeople and their specialties. So we use only the most highly trained, reputable people in the area to do your electrical, heating, plumbing, and so on—right down to the landscaping, if you wish. We won’t be happy until you are.
