Background Information
Welcome to Penoyer Builders, Inc., the only place you'll need to visit in planning your new home or renovation.

Penoyer has been here in Central New York for four generations.Great-grandfather, Hiram, began by building pole barns and other farm structures in the Manlius-Cazenovia area. Grandfather Barden expanded construction by taking on home remodeling. When Jack and Marley incorporated the business in 1967, we included more new construction, which, together with renovations, makes up most of our business today. We still do agricultural structures and some light commercial buildings, as well.

People and Philosophy
While Jack has stayed on as President, Jason has been here full time

since 1993 and oversees much of the day-to-day business. Lead carpenters and schedulers meet together at least once a day to keep each other updated on all projects. This makes for a truly collaborative effort. For you, our customer, it means that whoever answers your phone call knows who you are and is involved in your project.

Want to see some of our handiwork, up close and personal? We try to have a model home finished and available for viewing by prospective customers. If not completely finished, there will almost always be one under construction. We welcome you to come see for yourself the fine workmanship that goes into our homes.
